Many of the investors give private loans to people and help them repair their property or houses and then sell it later and make huge profits. Now depending on the property type and the cost, the borrower also gets a percentage of the profit. In addition to this, the investor also offers him some additional benefits like the first mortgage.

An interesting fact that was discovered about the private lenders was that most of the borrowers that seek the private loans are actually located within 50 miles of the base or the office of the lender. The exact reason behind this is not exactly known.
